What is Teletherapy?

Teletherapy is a model of one-on-one therapy delivery to our clients through their personal computer.

No need for transportation: Many adults who need therapy for speech, language, and cognitive therapy also have physical impairments. Thanks to Teletherapy, they do not have to rely on caregivers, family members and friends to drive them to an outpatient facility (for some of our clients residing in more rural locations, this commute could be quite long).

Family engagement: Online therapy provides opportunities for family and caregivers to participate and get their questions answered in real time.

Opportunity to incorporate functional life activities: Treating adults in their natural environment allows to address real life difficulties and situations in order to help clients regain control of their recovery.
